I agree with your comments about Glencore selling down and removing their director as not to complicate things. The most probably reason for this is because if it were true that AMI will buy CSA, then they'll end up getting a > 5% of shares (and probably another director back on the board).

The question is, what kind of a deal will we strike for CSA? It'll very unlikely be as favourable as Peak was ... or maybe it will? Given that we've already diluted so much with all this capital raising in the past, I'd very much prefer a cash + debt deal ...
