    Westcott, do you really think the will of the **onese and Cameroonians will be sufficient to bring this project to life? Can they finance it? Do they have the engineering expertise? Do they have the architectures and expert technicians to design and construct railways and deep water ports through hostile terrain? Not meaning to be a pest but feel balance is necessary in the midst of the spin.
