    re: up yours glencore In tit for tat battle to Takeovers Board, CEY are claiming unacceptable circumstances re Glencore's failure to make a timely declaration of their equity swaps.

    I doubt it will succeed but it could expose which 'reputable banks' Glencore has the equity swaps with, and expose the shady way Glencore does its deals.
