Glencore won't get marketing rights under current arrangements (I think Noble still has the marketing rights).
I would not look good to have NSW infrastructure assets entirely owned by a bunch of dodgy Swiss.
IF Glencore makes a bid at CEY it would most likely have to divest the coal mines supplying the NSW power stations.
