BTW, a Glencore JV (if accepted by majority of holders, say with a initial money payout to shareholders and right to hold shares in the JV), effectively destroys China's crafty scheme of looting SDL. That's a counter (and if the terms are attractive - I would vote YES).
A JV may just be a media red herring.
We don't even know if Glencore is a Plan C where Plan B is still under wraps.
