The glencore name might sound nice, but the amount we would have to give away in JV terms would make it extremely difficult to justify a 500m+ MC. Thats reality.

Nobody likes Glencore but it sounds a lot nicer than Hanlong. If anything, it might spur HL to show some urgency.

If you let your nationalistic tendencies slide for a minute, China have not delivered in 2 years. Full stop.

Giving away in JV terms is a lot better than giving away for free (all the while hoping People's congress is going to approve a drawdown of 57c or 45c)
