    Good post Pikapika.

    Although (IMO) as strong a hint as to what may eventuate is Vale's Portugese speaking CEO Murilo Ferreira's (one off) comment a year ago about working on a deal that would shock the market.

    It's sure raises an eyebrow when the EPC contract awarded to Portugese Mota-Engil (Vale's trusty buddy in Africa) with signing ceremony, champagne and all held together with Standard Bank and Cameroon Prime Minister.

    Just an opinion, if Glencore is in it (BTW the Glencore Sundance story has been around for years), I am inclined to think it would be a joint bid with Vale (assuming Vale is in the mix).
