It could go be good for a number of reasons, but I guess it could also be bad. It really depends terms of the agreement, the structure of the company and if management changes etc... I'm thinking that if they are taken over they will pursue a more aggressive growth strategy buyout BCI - good/bad depending on how you look at it. Not sure about the contract, chelkn might know more. I guess it really depends on who it is or could be. I'm merely speculating, but the JV would not change and would be business as usual I assume.
