I still hold options and I am not concerned. The company have said if they are not in the money, they will extend their expiry. It has also been said an extension on options will need shareholder approval. Genorah are the major shareholders and can vote this through.

My understanding is NKWE's share in Nooiterwacht will not be reduced, but Genorah's share will be reduced to accommodate Miracle upon Miracle. This would be the best outcome for NKP shareholders and it would be the least complicated outcome.
