What does "The company have said if they are not in the money, they will extend their expiry", mean??
Some bought the options on the market for 40 cents a year ago. I assume that we are talking the 0.35 c for the 31 Aug 2011. Given we are at/near 0.09/0.10 does it imply the heads expected price is 0.45.
But surely this means only those who were granted the options for free will getting any value? Unless the heads get to somewhere north of 0.60 will there be any benefit, and if the price isn't by 31 August its tough luck?
