Is all the publicity about Glencore targeting Rio a smoke screen ?? FMG have as stated a lot more levers to pull to reduce costs and heaps of expansion options and glencore could refinance debt at a much cheaper interest rate the smoke screen could be a great tactic so as not to spook the shorts in FMG.
