gjcl there may be strategic reasoning as to why cdu have not disclosed mining grades. However IMO it would almost certainly be in breach of continuous disclosure if this information has not been released to the market. Otherwise the cdu management and staff could be buying and selling based on insider information. I believe this is called insider trading.
