    - good comm skills
    - good experience as industry captains
    - less boastful
    - his last gig was mixed bag, but seriously MRR can not afford Andrew Forrest

    But
    MRR is in a much bigger hole than the skills Glenn bring to the table

    + these are last few weeks of George's rein

    Lot of things can still go wrong than right

    Only diff George has 40 mill MRR sharea and glenn has 0
    NO skin in the game
