The facts seem pretty clear to me.... the directors bleeding your company dry & you want to vote them in for this. Wake up & smell the roses as the amount of money going to directors & administration expenses is a disgrace. If you think huge over head costs is good management, then your fools. The directors own only 2.7% of the company, so their personal financial committment is very low. 20 million dollars spent in the last 2 years, 13.7 million on administration fees & 9.5million on exploration, talk about taking the piss out of share holders.
