If you look at the financials you will see a big increase in 'Fees'. This refers to Glide getting debts (unpaid tolls) recovered.
The express lanes in the USA are in the news for the reason that the fines imposed on non-payment of tolls is very high.
Just look at the EBITDA margin for City Link. This is the model to be rolled out on LCT, CCT, and QML
