Great stuff @justinmetals - I find comparisons like this extremely useful - really highlights the value of what EXR are sitting on. IN relation to this comment, "Except our coals are fully saturated thicker, more permeable, higher in gas content and shallower" don't forget we are also closer to market, have cheaper routes to extraction and sale, a lower carbon footprint through the extraction to market chain and not troubled by NIMBY activists.
