Its even worse than you mention. The shares were $1.29 in 2019 and then continued to drop to an all time low of only .027. Management have a lot to answer for this disastrous fall. While we do not yet know the reason for the 70% rise this week , it might be they actually have some decent gas flows at last? Who knows but there has to be some inside information to cause this sort of jump.
