Dopey, what's this about a December referendum? I thought that it was February.
Never mind, that graph I posted explains everything. Possibly Papandreou feels that the money from the EZ won't come in time. So this is a bit of a hurry up call to France and Germany.
Or it's just a political cop out.
The wording in the referendum is critical; that is if the Greeks actually get a chance to vote. Friday there could be a change of government in Greece. Monday they could be out of the euro.
