Occam's Razor, where the simplest possibility is the most likely, would put the situation in Greece as a government asking for a mandate to leave the euro.
Possibly the government is so split on this issue there is no alternative. The speed of the about face adds weight to this possibility.
As I have said a new leader Saturday morning and the Drachma by Sunday lunch.
Monday there will be market chaos..........irrespective.
