I believe that when the demand is there the supply will follow what we will see in those situations is that the price of Lithium will rise which is good for the industry.
Do not forget that Lithium is not rare but it will take to build mines and get them into production.
Its a bit like the iron ore times it will be cheap and other times when demand is strong and supply has gone down then the price will rise fast. As we see with today iron ore prices with Brazil producing less because of their environmental issues.
The same will happen with Lithium in my opinion and because of the huge uptake of EV we can anticipate a strong demand for many years to come.
Backing the right Lithium miners and holding onto those shares could become a very lucrative investment in the medium and longer term.
