The deadline for that deal came and went months ago.at the time I was annoyed that a second deal for these assets ha fallen over,but in light of what is going on with European gas supplies,it may be a blessing that we haven't given them away too cheaply.in saying that,Greg Solomon's deal making ability and credibility have certainly taken a hit over the repeated failure to close deals.its not a good look.anyway,quarterly out any day now should be a good read.
