You'll have to dig up old docs around the time of BRN becoming the first to commercialise, but there were agreements in place with TSMC regarding allocations. This was for Akida1000 however, not customers using BRN's IP.
Considering the focus has shifted to IP, it may not even be a direct problem for BRN regardless.
Just might slow down the integration into products by partners/customers.
Who knows, maybe BRN can provide some of those allocations and schedules to customers, giving a significant advantage to those willing to partner with BRN.
