I wouldn't look too much into any relevance to APX with this. 124m will barely cover a few feasibility studies with our gov. Most of this money will be lost in staffing and studies. I would doubt apx will see any of these dollars. Have a look who's running the show. Job hopping, ex lawyer politician that takes on a new role every year
