As waffle points out just about every culture is influenced or has been influenced by some sort of religion.
This may change for some as parts of the world become more secular.
I'm not saying that attachment to religion is necessarily good.

maybe but religion loses its "cultural" value when it stops promoting morals & becomes degenerate or narcissistic

"culture" means something that is "cohesive"
