You're also never going to have equality of employers and employees. Other posters know I've done the Marxist argument to death, but the fact remains, employers and employees will never be equal. The employer holds the position of power, while the state takes on the role of educating and training the employee for the use of the employer.
That may have applied during by-gone eras.
Today, most employers will recognise that especially in multi-disciplinary enterprises which are most of them, employees will know more than the employers do
This, of course, places a different emphasis on the role of the employer which is one more of an enabler and coordinator than an expert in every field. "Power" is shared more than ever across the enterprise.
This makes for happier and hence more productive employees.
