I'm really referring to what I think applies to the majority of humankind which is to claim some sort of religious affiliation; the good, the bad, the indifferent, the corrupted... and so on. As waffle points out just about every culture is influenced or has been influenced by some sort of religion. This may change for some as parts of the world become more secular. I'm not saying that attachment to religion is necessarily good.
