It would not surprise me in the slightest if NextDC are taken over by a foreign company at some point within the next year or two.
I believe NextDC is ripe for the picking; considering weak AUD, growth industry, NextDC entering profitable phase, etc , etc. I know I'd be giving it the once over if I were a multinational looking to expand into a ready made first class business in a stable Country.
