Yes I get your meaning I think, and I agree, if I understand aright. We old farts did a lot of damage much worse than covid and mostly through neglect.

but not all of us have been silent and acquiescent. Many, like me, have been trying to raise awareness of the issues that will continue for decades to come. And we've had some great successes too. Its an unfortunate reality though that not all are capable of seeing the damage we do. but that's humanity - you too will have your battles in decades to come and your children will no doubt have criticism of your generation.
