Gday @Sammieboy. You've posed some very valid qns some of which I'll attempt to answer.
Re GDT prices: yes there'll be downward pressure on prices.Eventually. Bear in mind most milk is supplied under 12mnth contracts many of which have just been redrawn.
Re BFC: we (and i use this term lightly given BFC is managed for the sole benefit of Sexton et al) are majority by product processors rather than fresh milk suppliers.
Re lactoferrins: as per above, LF is obtained from the process of fractionating (not sure if that's actually a word but i hope you get the drift) milk into its various components into useful products. I understand whey, a by-product of BFC's cheese production, is the source of its LF. So no, BFC, or any other processor for that matter can not pass fractionated milk off as fresh.
As an aside, human tears are also a source of lactoferrin so BFC shareholders would have ostensibly produced copious qtys of LF as a consequence of 'our' company's mismanagement.
Re time and tricks: Sexton et al are time travellers thus their longevity in running the show for the benefit of themselves alone. That mob have very long sleeves in which to hide the next trick...
