IMO the graphite price falling below 1000 let alone 650 is a moot point. When Tesla hits the big time with its electronic cars which will be a matter of when not if (predicted 2019), the graphite price will rise rapidly leaving other commodities in the dust. Of course when Tesla starts making huge money, guess what.... All the world's car companies will want in this market creating a snowball effect...
IMO by 2019, graphite will be in huge demand in 2019 and the only way is north. The Chinese ain't stupid, the agreed to that clause full well knowing there is more chance of hell freezing over than the price of graphite being below 1000 for a sustained period of time.
