As we all know lawyers are being paid by the hour. They usually are in no hurry. Its a waiting game, as it has been for us for the last 4 years. But in my mind there is no doubt that essentially a deal has been done. I agree with Brian that this is the blueprint for more distribution deals to be done in the future.
After many errors finally they understand that you should let other companies do the distribution of the product, and in the meantime receiving royalties with a minimum of staff.
