There are a number of attention seeking, button pushers on HC, and as we all know, Frankie is one of the best examples.
I was thumped in the crash, and have spent the time since educating myself from various mistakes.
The media is about readership and advertising. Violence, catastrophes and human drama stories all attract more attention, as human fear is the easiest button to push to get a response......the media, more recently have also discovered celebrity.
Sure things or bad, and most likely will get worse (the headlines), then they will get better.....so what, depends on what you want to focus on.
