As John Melki said in the video, they use the same method for covid as they do for any other pathogen which makes it easy for current existing and new customers to use their test kits for other tests. With recent presentations showing their retention rate of customers extremely high, it should allow for ongoing revenue. Boston medical centre would be a prime candidate for respiratory, STIs etc when fda approved. Conversion to other tests will be key with existing customers, yet covid has in a sense provided free advertising
