Good point there about the laws. Perdonally, for the expo / demo machines, they do not need to worry about L/H or R/H, if the unit is not allowed to drive on the roads, they should put it on a low bed. IF they end up needing to deploy en-masse, then they can worry about left hand drive stuff. At demo stage, I think low bed is a safer option, imagine the negative press it may attract if an hx being driven on the roads gets involved in an accident?
