    Hmmmm, good point that is so simple I missed it. Seems like yet another competitive advantage for builders employing FBR.

    Some of the fastest growing real estate markets in the US are in regions with very hot summers- Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona...not to mention the Middle East, Central America, Africa. A Hadrian operating 24 hours per day would far exceed the capabilities of humans in Phoenix, for example, in the summer.

    Conversely, if a quick drying, cold weather adhesive can be developed (a heated adhesive tank and applicator ?) it could also build in winter in US markets where bricklaying effectively halts because it's too cold.
