getting a slab mm perfect is almost imposible due to shrinkage rates aggregate density and other factors. You really have to grind off the high spots to tune it up. But it also isnt that costly to jave done. The machine your showing is for a tile screed, very differnt. A good tiler would leave that in the dust not to mention all the hard work mixing and placing still needs to be done. just a gimic really.
