I'd also add that the development of WaaS business model is a third element in the armoury for FBR. Removes the biggest barrier to Hadrian X expansion as not many builders or brick laying firms can (or would want to) buy Hadrian X's and maintain the necessary skills. This would never have worked.
The creation of WaaS is also a great way of FBR being able to remain lean and simple by 'franchising' the WaaS operations. This outsources the harder elements of financing and operating the physical business. Similarly outsourcing the manufacture and maintenance.
Can have the best product (harware/software), however without the smart roll out strategy / contracts FBR would struggle to realise the global expansion of Hadrian X.
