I don't know if it's the best use of capital to send over a team of content creators into the epicentre of content creation rather than just hire them there but I do respect the shit out of the decision to do that.

This demonstrates to me that FBR appreciate good working relationships and rather than just swapping out for new members of the team as necessary they actually foster the people who have been in it from the beginning and whom understand one another's vision. That's a really respectable attribute in an otherwise disposable world

i also have more faith in management than ever before and trust their decisions are the best for the company.
