Meh, internet, none f2f. All good, no offence given/taken. I really don't see how they can get more fundings without dillution/CR from whales. I know Arms once said the "local" JV would be how they get regional contracts/buy-ins, but, if I were the whales I'll want to invest straight into FBR, not their local/jv as an asset. Maybe the local/jv company would be something in addition.
