IMO the service provided for marketing is substandard. This needs to change with a massive shift to a suitably qualified and experienced digital marketing company. A jack of all trades can’t handle this.
Seriously 10k followers on Facebook is laughable a proper agency could have over 100k in a matter of days with a decent campaign and ad spend.
