Are you in agriculture and are you familiar with the soil types, topography, seasonal variation and labour availability of the areas you have mentioned plus the harvesting windows (if I can use that phrase) for the crops you suggest.
I have no doubt things have changed and will change but you imply drastic change where I see limited change.
