Thanks Russ for the info. I didn't know BOD threads were still listed. The deal doesn't change.The information supports my case. Your first reply to me was that at the time Allied was worth (m$) 14.8 and BOD (m$) 47.8. Therefore BOD brought 3 x the value to the table.
BOD had 188 million shares on issue yet paid Allied shareholders 428 million shares giving Allied shareholders 70% of The new merged company. Issued shares now at 611 million. If I recall a CR was done shortly after the merging of the 2 companies.
Allied claimed to have a profitable medical supply business and I noticed Lee Rodne was quoted as saying that he expected to increase the medical supply business to 20 to 30 million in 3 years.Stated in Biotech Daily May 2011.
That didn't happen. All he did was capital raise and dilute.
