BOD had a market cap of 14 odd mill. tied to buy Allied with an all script offer in a FAILED takeover bid they couldn't afford, so much so they had to pay bell millions of shares to broker the deal. They needed money to advance CC forward and had none. So the then CEO of BOD made the deal to let few take them over. And you bitch about it, It was that or cr anyway which back then would have not given them enough cash to move forward but at best sell CC and become a shell.
And the other fella that posts at the same times as you is on about the court case, another bad deal Rodne is trying to fix that the former CEO started. So rather than bitch here after years of saying nothing about a deal you didn't like that saved a company from an outcome that would of left most shareholders with nothing. Why not contact the then CEO and ask why he did it, and why he made choices that were less than good for shareholders including me, which Rodne is still cleaning up, so much so they are in court over a bad deal for us shareholders to finally get rid of the dead wood who thought of this as nothing more than a gravy train, and didn't put a cent in from there end
