To accumulate at these prices maybe....could also be SPP sellers weakening demand and letting stock go. When these 'dry up' and rumours of the next good Ann surface this will stock 'break-out' imo. Buyer side has been strong and slowly building....then there they buyers who aren't on the page but waiting to 'snaffel' ....feels to me like a good run is imminent...
