Good find. Thanks trevormc.

It would seem a given that UCG is set to play a significant role in this century's quest for fuels with a cleaner footprint, with larger fish than the Qld state govt at play here.

Australia has lagged in terms of encouraging/developing commercial grade applications across the board re cleaner energy solutions generally and yet it has lead the world more than once in the research involved. More often than not, companies have to find satisfaction by going with off-shore ventures. The simple explanation lies with the power of the coal mining industry in OZ and a somewhat hamstrung political decision making of course.

So what to expect today and in the days/weeks ahead?

Well from my perspective, the CR was probably satisfied easily and it is of course of benefit to the bottom line as we await developments. I am particulary heartened by the declaration that the company has received numerous unsolicited offers re possible JVs and the fact that management has a likely positive announcement to accompany the CR advice before trading recommences.

We have seen the sp move strongly based upon positive news and this relatively small dilution should cause barely a ripple (if any) when one looks to the strength of recovery underway.
