I just don't understand all this magic money stuff. I am curious how they create a $500m company out of nothing. African Petroleum has no assets & I think GFE has some exploration dirt. They will issue about a billion shares @ 55c and call it a $500m company when there has been no cash paid and no assets. How do they arrive @ 55c/share? I apologise for not knowing, but I would really like to know, if anyone would be kind enough to explain.
