how much shares do you have? i guess the reason is delaying it is because they are just waiting for CFE to get settle down a little bit, no long ago till deal's deal is off.
i mean is only a 2.5m float, it will be alright, not everyone got that much shares anyway...... and i do not think they are any seed involved at all......
