Despite the absence of "remissions" previous studies have shown that cancers responding to immune therapy may initially increase in size. So it looks like the drugs are not working. This can be due to EFTI activated t cells infiltration. Months later tumors disappear.
If I was in Marc's position it would be hard to keep news about remissions, even if anecdotal, secret. And if rumors are spreading then release of information in an open forum means the remission information is no longer insider information and insiders can buy.
