your Account name and address should ‘exactly’ match between the one you provided while submitting your application and the one with CMC.
I recetntly had same issue with AirTasker IPO and my shares were allocated to my SRN not my commsec HIN (which i provided them while filling the ipo application). After calling few times to commsec they told me, my address with commsec had ST in it instead of STREET. Commsec have fixed my address in their system now so hopefully the new IPOs won’t have any trouble allocating shares to my HIN.
