Baotou up nearly 3% today, just under 4x volume, to make a third HH from the June bottom, good indication it may have broken out of a 2yr sustained DT.
Now I don't know if they hit any June production targets, renegotiated any finance, or are listed in F/furt but they do produce 50kt LRE each year, over 50% of China's total.
With REMX just a few cents off a similar HH there's a reasonable chance we are finally seeing the macros turn, at long last.
Now can Lynas finally deliver into an improving background?
